Love this place..don't even have my own pet 😂. Staff is super friendly and willing to go out of their way to suggest things if they cannot find the exact thing. "Went in once for an under water cottage figure to make a snow globe" The second time was with the ex gf to look for cat things. And third time "most recent" was to get a fish bowl for the same snow globe project. - yet to be completed "THE PLACE HAS A LOCAL MILK BAR TYPE VIBE" feels very easy to ask stupid questions and not get that judgy, "are you serious right now" look. My one purely constructive criticism ( for lack of things to say) is maybe paw prints claw prints etc or arrows pointing to the pets that need adoption in the back. Totally missed it the first time "walked the whole store". Second time the ex gf poked her head around to find it. The temptation to adopt them is beyond measure and heart breaking that I can't (right now)🥲

What kind of this amazing place. You can find everything your pet needs. There are even live silkworms. Staffs are absolutely friendly.

Found a really nice big stainless steel bowl you just won't find by walking in to other stores! And a really nice range of reptiles, guinea pigs and fishies :)

Always an enjoyable experience and lovely staff to deal with. We finally decided to get our first reptile. We decided we wanted a ridgetail monitor but couldnt seperate the 2. One of the staff members, Maddy, was ever so helpful and provided us with everything we needed to get going. Nice store, great staff.

Pet Magic has very friendly and informative staff, especially in the reptile department. A wide range of pets varying from an exotic axolotl to a bobtail lizard to a fluffy puppy. Loved being able to cuddle the puppies, kittens and pet the Manx mice when I visited even though I didn't buy anything 😇 …

Pet Magic was fantastic. The staff were genuinely kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy, they took their time with us and were very generous with their attention. They explained everything clearly to both us and our kids, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge of snake care in particular was outstanding - thorough, practical and reassuring. There’s a great range of pets and products, and it’s obvious the team truly cares about animal welfare and customer needs. We felt listened to and supported throughout. Highly recommend.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this store and their incredible staff. Every single visit I’ve had has been such a positive experience. The team are not only friendly and welcoming, but their knowledge and passion, especially when it comes to reptiles, is second to none. Owning reptiles can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the staff here make it so much easier. They take the time to answer every question I have, no matter how big or small, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I leave with the right information, products, and confidence to care for my pets properly. I never feel rushed, and I can genuinely see how much they care about the animals, as well as the people who own them. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly supported as a pet owner, but this store has given me that every single time. I’m so grateful for their advice, patience, and kindness. My reptiles are healthier and happier thanks to the knowledge I’ve gained from the staff here, and that peace of mind is priceless. This is more than just a pet store, it’s a team of passionate, dedicated people who genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Beyond grateful for the team here at Pet Magic!
